Payments

• Payments for classes are made via PayPal.

• The lessons are paid in advance. If you can’t attend a class you won’t lose your money, you can ask for a reschedule (more information bellow).

• Once you have made the payment you will receive a confirmation email.

• There are no refunds for paid classes.

• Andrés Trujillo, spanishwithandres.com’s owner, is not responsible for additional charges student’s bank may apply.

• Andrés Trujillo, responsible for spanishwithandres.com reserves the right to modify the price of the classes. If he does, he will promptly inform the student by email.

Class booking

• You can choose the day an hour for your lessons on an online calendar once the payment has been done.

Trial lesson

• The trial class lasts 30 minutes.
• You are under no obligation to take any more lessons after the trial lesson.

The lessons

• Each regular lesson lasts 60 minutes.
• If the lesson can’t be taken due to problems with the student’s internet connection, it will be charged.
• If the lesson can’t be taken due to problems with the teacher’s internet connection, it won’t be charged.

Cancellations

• You can cancel or reschedule a class at least 24 hours in advance by email.
• If cancelation or change takes place within 24 hours before the start of the class, the class will be charged.
• No-shows will be charged.

Class package expiration

• All packages expire 6 months after the date of payment.

Teacher unavailability

• If for any reason the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment sent can be used to schedule a future class.
• If you would prefer a refund for that class, it will be given.
